Darlene Smithwick, Owner / Broker / SRES
Since 1996, Darlene has been serving our area with exceptional service in the real estate field. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Darlene specializes in specific care for seniors who are buying and/or selling a home. She volunteers with different civic-minded events, and a local fire department. She continues to give back to the community by donating to local charities each month as a sign of her gratitude for the success in our local hometown. She has one son and three granddaughters. She spends much of her spare time with them.

Libby has called Hampton Roads home her whole life! She loves this area and know it well. As a girl, Libby would steal her dad’s graph paper to design houses (AKA – “blueprints.”) She never imagined she would become a real estate agent, a job she absolutely LOVES. Libby utilizes her knowledge of the area, and her ability to simplify complex details to help her clients!
Mandy, a resident of Southampton County, has worked alongside her husband, Dan Crumpler, for the past 17 years as a real estate paralegal and a successful real estate investor. With her experience in renovation, restoration, and property management of residential real estate, it seems natural for her to transition into real estate sales at this point in her career. Her goal is to make the real estate process as smooth as possible.
