Mandy, a resident of Southampton County, has worked alongside her husband, Dan Crumpler, for the past 17 years as a real estate paralegal and a successful real estate investor. With her experience in renovation, restoration, and property management of residential real estate, it seems natural for her to transition into real estate sales at this point in her career. Her goal is to make the real estate process as smooth as possible.
Real estate has always been more than a career to me — it’s about building relationships, serving my community, and helping people find the perfect place to call home. I’m grateful for the trust and support my clients, friends, and family have given me over the years, and I look forward to continuing this journey with Hometown Realty.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just have questions about the market, I’d love the opportunity to help.
Thank you for being part of my journey — here’s to new beginnings and continued success!
I’m excited to introduce myself to you as a new real estate salesperson with Hometown Realty, LLC in Franklin!
Before officially stepping into real estate, I spent 33 rewarding years in public education. Real estate is a natural next step, as something I’ve always loved. Over the past several years, I’ve turned my longtime interest into an investment. I’ve flipped a few homes in Franklin and Wakefield with Thomas Jones of Jones Construction and bought and sold a number of homes over the years. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a true appreciation for the value of home, community, and smart investments.
On a personal note, I’m the proud mom of two adult sons who live in Maryland, and a new grandson who brings so much joy. My spare time is spent with family, gardening, sewing, crafting, and making barn quilts.
I look forward to building relationships and partnering with individuals and families to achieve their real estate goals. If you’re thinking about buying, selling, building, or simply exploring your options, I would be honored to help. Please reach out for a conversation or a market evaluation of your home!
